Platform Safety & Content Guidelines

MakeCorn is an adult AI content generation platform. While we allow the creation of explicit adult content between consenting adults, we maintain strict policies to prevent abuse and illegal content. This page outlines what is and isn't allowed.
Age Verification
MakeCorn is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm your age. We implement age gates at registration and before viewing any explicit content. Users who misrepresent their age will be permanently banned.
What You CAN Create
MakeCorn allows creation of adult content including:
- Fictional AI characters in any adult scenario
- Content using your own likeness (self-uploads)
- Fantasy scenarios, role-play concepts, creative adult fiction
- Artistic nude and erotic content
- Custom AI characters you design from scratch
What You CANNOT Create
The following content is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent ban:
- ANY content depicting or suggesting minors — zero tolerance. Reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately
- Content depicting identifiable real people (celebrities, public figures, private individuals) without their verified consent
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ('revenge porn') of real people
- Content facilitating illegal activities (trafficking, abuse, etc.)
- Extreme violence, gore, torture, or snuff content
- Bestiality or content involving animals
Zero Tolerance: Minor Protection
MakeCorn has ZERO TOLERANCE for any content involving minors. This includes: prompts requesting young/teen/child content, uploads of minors for any purpose, attempts to make AI characters appear underage. ANY violation results in immediate permanent ban, account termination without refund, and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement. We actively monitor for and block such content.
Real People Policy
You may only generate content of real people if: it is yourself (self-uploads), or you have explicit documented consent from that person. Generating content of celebrities, public figures, or anyone else without consent is prohibited. We do not support 'deepfake' creation of non-consenting individuals. Violations result in permanent ban.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you generate. By using MakeCorn, you agree to: verify you have rights to any images you upload, use generated content legally and ethically, not use content for harassment, blackmail, or defamation, comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. MakeCorn is not responsible for how you use generated content outside our platform.
Enforcement
Violations of our policies result in: warning and content removal for minor violations, temporary suspension for repeated violations, permanent ban and no refund for serious violations, reporting to law enforcement for illegal content. We use automated detection and manual review to enforce these policies.
Reporting Abuse
If you encounter content that violates our policies, or if your likeness has been used without consent, please report it immediately to hello@makecorn.com. Include any relevant details and we will investigate within 24-48 hours.
Legal Compliance
MakeCorn complies with applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required and actively report any detected CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
