MakeCorn is an adult-only platform. By using our services, you confirm:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Viewing and generating adult content is legal in your jurisdiction
• You consent to viewing and generating sexually explicit AI content
• You take full responsibility for your use of the platform
• Your use of this platform is entirely voluntary

By purchasing credits or subscribing to our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees according to your selected plan or credit package
• Maintain accurate payment information
• Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Understand that we do not offer refunds due to the computational costs involved in AI content generation
• Credits are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation

We encourage users to contact our support team at hello@makecorn.com before initiating payment disputes. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions for documented technical failures where credits were charged but no content was generated. Initiating chargebacks without first contacting support is prohibited and results in immediate account termination and permanent ban.

MakeCorn allows generation of adult AI content. You are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree to the following:

• All AI-generated characters are fictional and do not represent real people
• You will NOT upload photos of real people without their explicit written consent
• You will NEVER attempt to generate content depicting minors. Any attempt results in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities
• You own the content you generate and are responsible for how you use or distribute it
• You will not use generated content for illegal purposes, harassment, defamation, or blackmail
• Content you generate is private to your account unless you choose to share it

The following content is absolutely prohibited and results in immediate termination:

• You own the AI-generated content you create using your credits
• We retain rights to the underlying AI technology, models, and infrastructure
• You are fully responsible for how you use, share, or distribute your generated content
• We do not guarantee specific results from any generation
• You may not reverse engineer, extract, or copy our AI models

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent security measures, age verification, or content filters
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Resell access to the platform or bulk-generate content for commercial resale
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Engage in activities that disrupt our service or harm other users

MakeCorn retains all rights to:

• Our AI technology, algorithms, and model weights
• Platform features, UI, and infrastructure
• Training data and model improvements
• Brand assets, logos, and marketing materials

MakeCorn is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for:

• Content you generate or how you use it
• Third-party claims arising from your use of generated content
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or generation failures
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeCorn, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, content you generate, or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund
• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Delete account data upon termination (content is not recoverable)

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
